First Impressions

Dwellworks is located in the heart of beautiful Cleveland Ohio on the corner of E.18^th Street and Euclid.  Their office lies right in the center of the lovely theater district, just beneath the fabulous new chandelier that hangs in the center of the square. The buildings on Euclid have so much history and character and these two traits - history and character - are most definitely reflected within the Dwellworks office.

Both the actual building and the artwork on various walls hint at the fascinating history of the theater district and the downtown area in general. The actual office is beautiful inside- brand new and very modern- but the artwork on the walls transports you way back with photographs of places in the surrounding area from probably the 1950s.

The company radiates character in many different ways. According to Google the word “character” can be defined as…

-the distinctive nature of something.

-the quality of being individual, typically in an interesting or unusual way.

-strength and originality in a person's nature.

-an interesting or amusing individual.

The various “characters” that I have met in the office are diverse, unique, interesting, amusing and original but all work together in this beautiful little office on Euclid Avenue to create an atmosphere, culture, and company that exudes character.

Everyone is very sweet, they love working at Dwellworks, and truly do create an atmosphere filled with fun and character. .  If you survey the Dwellworks employees and ask them, “What is the best part about working at Dwellworks?” I can guarantee you that the number one answer you will get is … “the people”. I am very excited about my next 11 weeks here as an intern and look forward to working with and getting to know the interesting and awesome characters that make up this office.
